Returns
We make the process as easy as possible for you. If you have a return, please fill out the return authorization form. You must fill out this form to help us process your return quickly and smoothly. We will email you with instructions about where to return your item. Items returned without filing authorization form may be refused delivery and returned to you.
Restrictions
Please read the following restrictions carefully before ordering. We do not accept all items in return. You are responsible for handling your items in a way that retains eligibility for a return, exchange, or refund.
1. Promotional flat rate or free shipping does not apply to returned items. Actual shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
2. Product must be in new, unopened condition in original packaging. We cannot accept returns of used, opened or washed bedding.
3. If your item arrives with shipping damage, or it is defective, contact us within 48 hours so we can remedy problem immediately. Items will not be accepted for return or refund after they have been washed or used.
4. Slight variation between item description picture and actual item is to be expected. Please ask us for a swatch if you need an exact color match to your bedroom decor or other bedding.

1) Our Pacific Designs comforter sets are made especially for you when you order. We do not accept Pacific Design items in return or exchange except if there is a problem with the order. Once an order is placed, it is final; no cancellations are allowed. For this reason we offer swatches of each Pacific Designs style, so that you can get the different materials in your home, check their color and be sure it's what you want.
