The Memory Foam Contour Neck Pillow is designed for those who need a more therapeutic sleep poster as well as a better night's sleep.
The curve created by your head, neck, and shoulders is supported by the dual-lobe design so that your spine is properly aligned, giving you a restful night's sleep.
The pillow you use should allow your head to be comfortably in line with your spine to encourage a proper posture. A pillow that allows your head to fall too far back or that forces your head too high puts too much stress on your neck and is not good for your breathing.
