Rest assured that we will accept your topper or mattress in exchange or return for the purchase price less original shipping, including promotional free shipping that we paid for, and a small fifteen percent restocking fee. Your topper or mattress must be returned in original condition with original packaging. Items with tears, stains, punctures, soil spots, hair remains, or any other damage or signs of use will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost. You will pay any transportation costs, including, but not limited to insurance, shipping, boxing, and handling fees. Any promotional items received with your order must be included with the return and be in new condition with original packaging.
