You can sleep on your new memory foam topper or mattress for up to 120 days after delivery, and if you don’t like it for any reason, return it and get your money back – no questions asked.

Exchange It


If you like the memory foam topper or mattress, but want something a little different, then you may exchange it for either acanother topper, another mattress, or in store credit. You may exchange anytime up until 120 days after delivery of your bed.

Our memory foam beds and toppers have dramatically improved the sleep and quality of life for hundred’s of our customer, and we want to give you every opportunity to enjoy the same. We are so confident that you will love your new mattress or topper that we are willing to back them up with our comfort guarantee. Here is how the 120 day trial works:
  • You may return your mattress 30 days after the purchase date.
  • We will pay and arrange for your mattress to be returned
  • You may exchange your mattress 30 days after the purchase date.
  • We will cover the cost of the shipping only on the first exchange.
  • You have no limit to the amount of exchange within the 120 days.
  • Once you are ready for the exchange, the delivery company will drop off your new mattress and pick up your return on the same day.
  • Mattress must be in good condition (no hair or stains)
  • You are responsible for repacking the return mattress and properly boxed and bagged.
  • If your mattress is not found in good condition you may be assessed a damaged fee from 10% to 50% depending on the condition.
  • Once we receive the returned mattress photos will be taken of the product to confirm our assessment
  • Please give 7 to 10 days for the assessment to be complete.
  • We will be notified by email showing the amount of your refund.
  • Please allow five working days for the money to be credited to your original payment account.
Repacking your mattress for return:
  • Cover mattress in a bag and seal closed with tap
  • Cover mattress with cardboard box and seal all seams with tape. 
  • Include your name and address with the RMA# that your were provided and tape to the outside of the box
  • Email us once packaging of the mattress is complete and ready for your exchange or return.
Return policy for Promotional or free items.
  • If your mattress purchase comes with free sheets, mattress protector and pillows these items may be returned within
  • 120 days if unopened. If opened we do not accept returns on these items. If a mattress is returned and promotional
  • Items have been opened the customer the customer is liable for the full price of the items as listed on our website at the time of purchase.
Return policy for other items.
  • Foundation/box springs are not returnable
  • Adjustable are not returnable
  • Pillows, sheets, mattress protectors if purchased seperatly are returnable within 30 days if not opened. 
  • The customer is responsible for the returned shipping and will incur a 20% restocking fee. 
  • Custom size mattresses are not returnable.

Cancelation policy:

  • If you decide to cancel your order and the order has not shipped we will refund the total amount.
  • Once you receive tracking numbers confirming the product has shipping and decide to cancel the order you will be responsible for round trip shipping charges before a refund is issued.
  • If you refuse a delivery and the product is not damaged you will be responsible for the round trip shipping charges
Damaged during shipping policy:
  • If a product arrives damaged, customer needs to refuse the shipment and write "product damaged" on the delivery receipt. Email customer service and inform us what has happened. We will contact the shipping company and take care of the damaged product. We will then immediately start processing another order and get it to you as quickly as possible. No expense to you the customer.
  • There may be times when the box is damaged but the product is not damaged. Please inspect the product carefully and if you feel confident that the product is okay, you may accept delivery of the product. In this instance you need to write "box damaged possible damage to product" on the delivery receipt and you may accept the product.
  • It is possible that one piece of your shipment is damaged and the others are okay. You may accept the undamaged pieces and refuse the damaged piece.
  • If you accept any product that has been damaged and do not note damage on the delivery receipt you release the carrier from any liability.
